Work with RGB Monster

RGB Monster has been producing shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe since 2017. We're a small company, founded by artists, creatives, and producers, that this year is presenting over twenty shows at the festival.

Our founding team is based in Edinburgh year-round, and we champion grass-roots performers and making the arts affordable. All of our shows cost less than £20, with most of our tickets £10 or less, or on a "pay what you can" basis.

Street team 2026

We're hiring eight exceptionally friendly individuals to promote our shows.

Our approach to flyering is less is more. We believe that a good promoter is not somebody who bothers passers by with paper that will end up in the bin, but instead somebody who can help fringe goers give genuine recommendations for shows that they'd actually enjoy.

For this reason, we work with a small team of fans of comedy and cabaret to build our street team, and assign you shows that you have a legitimate interest in.

Our street team is made up of people who are excited about striking up conversations with strangers, talking to them about their interests, and helping them pick a show that's right for them.

Here's what we offer:

> £17.50 per shift (shifts last 50 minutes)
> Tickets for you (and your friends) to our comedy, cabaret and variety shows
> Bonuses for good performance, team socials, snacks and good times.

We offer guaranteed shifts. If a show sells out, we won't cancel your shift last-minute, we'll simply assign you another great show to promote instead.

You work on a freelance basis, choosing which shows you work, and which hours are right for you. We generally prefer working with people who can commit to the whole festival, but are able to be flexible in most cases.

Show technicians

We have filled our roster for show technicians this year, but we may require cover for the occasional show. If you're already at the festival and would be interested in covering gaps, please email Bethany or drop us a DM on instagram.
